Meet Izzy

Hi, I’m Isabelle (Izzy) Cutler, founder and owner of Isabelle Cutler Therapy Services, LLC (DBA: Kula Healing & Wellness Collective pending). All services are provided by me — a licensed clinical social worker, Doctor of Clinical Social Work student at the University of Pennsylvania, Educational Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. I have additional training in Yoga Nidra, trauma-informed yoga, Level 1 Usui Holy Fire Reiki, and other specific therapeutic modalities.

As a neurodivergent and queer-identifying provider, I understand the importance of finding spaces where you don’t have to mask, justify your existence, or shrink. My work is rooted in complexity, identity and the many ways we heal. I am deeply committed to advancing strengths-based, trauma-informed, and somatic practices in existing and novel treatments. I value person-centered work and draw from a humanistic approach to support individuals, families, and communities in guiding their own healing journeys.

Academic Interests:

My academic interests center on neurodivergence, trauma, strength-based approaches, and systemic challenges in the education system.

Clinical Work Focus:

My clinical work focuses on children, adolescents, young adults, and families addressing topics such as trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, attachment, neurodivergence, anxiety disorders, and issues facing the queer population. Other clinical focuses include working with high performers (i.e., professional and elite athletes, perfectionists, those in high-stress work environments), parents/caregivers, and educators.

When I am not working or practicing yoga, you can find me trying new restaurants, looking for the best coffee in town, traveling, hiking, spending time with friends, or making new connections.
